Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If a paid ScaffoldED360 plan is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription and to annual renewals reported to us within that window.

How to request a refund

Subscriptions are sold by ExcelUp Lab LLC and processed securely through Stripe. To request a refund, email support@exceluplab.com from your order email address, or include your receipt number, and we will help you through it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and usually take 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, using the Stripe customer portal. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

Free plan and trials

The Free plan and the 14-day Pro trial cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You will only be charged if you choose to start a paid plan. The trial is offered once per customer, so please use it to evaluate ScaffoldED360 before you pay.

Renewal charges

The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the first payment of a new subscription in full. For later renewal charges, we refund the unused portion of the billing period, calculated from the day you contact us, and cancel the subscription so you are not billed again.

Fair use and refunded accounts

We may decline a refund where we see fraud or abuse — for example repeated trial-purchase-refund cycles across accounts or email addresses, or bulk generation of materials clearly intended for resale or redistribution rather than classroom use.

When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and your account returns to the Free plan. The licence to use materials generated or exported under the refunded subscription ends with it, so please stop distributing those materials once a refund is processed.

This policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you have under consumer law in your country.
